I work remotely and was not good about stepping away from my desk to recharge. I spent the majority of my young life stressed to the max and constantly trying to please other people. I always did what I thought I was “supposed” to do: I went to college, got a business marketing degree, and started corporate ladder climbing with my 9-5 career. I did everything that was expected of me. But there was a problem...I was MISERABLE! 

My job was extremely stressful to the point where I was constantly consumed by my work. My life, relationships, and hobbies all took a backseat to my career. I would spend my mornings curled up on my bed with my comforter wrapped around me, dreading the day ahead. I would often find myself in tears on my way to work, stressed, overwhelmed, and EXTREMELY burnt out. My hair fell out by the handfuls, I was sick all the time & became very depressed.
