Hi, I’m Stephanie — a certified holistic health & mindfulness coach, wellness blogger, and RYT 200-hour yoga instructor from Chicago. My life's mission is to help women find calm & positivity in their hectic lives, cultivate mindfulness, and live with passion, authenticity & purpose!

I spent the majority of my young life stressed to the max and constantly trying to please other people. I always did what I thought I was “supposed” to do: I went to college, got a business marketing degree, and started corporate ladder climbing with my 9-5 career. I did everything that was expected of me. But there was a problem...I was MISERABLE!
My job was extremely stressful to the point where I was constantly consumed by my work
- My life, relationships, and hobbies all took a backseat to my career
- I would spend my mornings curled up on my bed with my comforter wrapped around me, dreading the day ahead
- I would often find myself in tears on my way to work, stressed, overwhelmed, and EXTREMELY burnt out
- My diet went to sh*t due to my constant stress eating
- My hair fell out by the handfuls, I was sick all the time & became very depressed
Once I discovered my mindfulness practice, I was able to:
- Reduce the overwhelming stress in my daily life
- Overcome my mindset blocks that limited me from living my purpose
- Put my diet, mental and physical health first

The Everyday Mindfulness Program Tentative Schedule

Session 1: Clarity, Goals, and Alignment
Intros and how to reduce stress throughout the program to reach your goals and make time for the things you love in your life!
Session 2: Mindset, Limiting Beliefs, Worthiness & Self Confidence
Together we will lay the groundwork for you to shift into an abundance mindset. I will give you the tools & strategies you need to overcome your limiting beliefs, impostor syndrome, and deep-seated fears in order to become the most confident and vibrant version of yourself!
Session 3: Create a Daily Meditation Practice
This week, we will discuss the basics and benefits of mediation. Together, we will lay the foundation for you to create & maintain a daily meditation practice to reduce stress and prep your day for success
Session 4: Basics of Mindfulness
This week is all about discovering what mindfulness means for you and how to incorporate it into your daily life
Session 5: How to Create a Sustainable Self-Care Routine
We will deep dive into how to create attainable daily rituals, self-care routines, daily meditation practices, principles of breathwork, and how to stay present in even the most stressful of situations
Session 6: Yoga and Mindful Movement
Together, we will create a solid foundation for you to form a daily yoga & movement practice to reduce stress
Session 7: Plant-Based Nutrition 101
We will discuss the basics of Plant-based nutrition, mindful eating & how to properly nourish your body in order to help reduce your stress and raise your vibration
Session 8: Breathe Into Balance
This week we will dive into the science behind breathwork, and how to incorporate breathing into your daily routine to reduce stress and ground you when life gets crazy
Session 9: Passion, Fulfillment & Finding Your Purpose
Together, we will uncover what things bring you the most joy and fulfillment, and how we can create a path to get you there. We will also work to re-discover your Sankalpa & Dharma - your own unique mission and true purpose for being on this earth!
Session 10: Manifestation & The Law of Attraction
Learn the tools and strategies needed to Manifest your DREAM life with ease. We will discuss how you can use the Law of Attraction to attract your deepest desires and turn them into reality
Session 11: Forgiveness, Compassion, Love, and Kindness
Part of our healing journey is to lean into love and compassion for others AND ourselves! We will discuss how forgiveness plays a role in helping us raise our vibration & letting go of the past
Session 12: Review and Wrap Up
This will be your opportunity to look back at the goals you set in week one and celebrate how far you've come!!
It’s going to be a full 12 weeks of deep healing work, and I can’t wait to go on this journey with you
